US Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship products from two fulfillment centers — our U.S. warehouse and our Korea warehouse.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the origin of the shipment, but orders over $79 within the U.S. always qualify for free shipping, regardless of origin.
Business Hours
Orders are handled and shipped Monday through Friday until 10 AM (PST), excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 10 AM (PST) on Friday will be shipped starting the following Monday unless it falls on a federal holiday.
Delivery Fees
Free shipping on orders of $79 or more
For orders under $79, shipping fees are applied depending on the fulfillment center:

U.S. Warehouse: UPS/USPS carrier rate + $3.00 handling fee

Korea Warehouse: Flat shipping fee $21.90 USD + $3.00 handling fee
Order Placement and Cut-Off Time
All orders received before Friday 10 AM (PST) will be eligible for same-day shipping.
Orders received after Friday 10 AM will be processed the following Monday.
Processing and Shipment
Orders received before the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

We ship to over 60 countries worldwide, offering reliable delivery through DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout to ensure a seamless experience.

For shipments originating from Korea, a flat shipping fee of $24.90 USD applies for orders under $79.
Orders over $79 shipping to the U.S. are eligible for free shipping.

Handling Fees
A $3.00 USD handling fee applies to all shipping services from the U.S. warehouse.
No handling fee is applied to Korea warehouse shipments.
Taxes & Customs Information
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT in their destination country.
Customs clearance may delay delivery times. Please check your local import policies before placing an order.

Customs and Taxes Notice (Worldwide)
Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and additional charges such as customs, service, administration, or warehousing fees.
Since customs regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for details.
Customs-related matters are beyond the control of Seoul Glows, and customers are fully responsible for any issues, including customs refusals due to unpaid taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related problems.
Customs Refusal (Worldwide)
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, regardless of the reason (e.g., refusal to pay taxes, banned items, or other customs-related issues).
If a refused package is returned to Seoul Glows, we will notify the customer, who must pay the additional shipping cost for re-shipment.
No refunds or replacements will be provided for customs-related refusals.
If you wish to return the product instead, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed once the product arrives back at Seoul Glows in its original condition.
